Winter training timetable

Here’s an outline guide to week day Winter training opportunities.  There may be other sessions: eg senior squad have we

Monday 10am                   Robert Weston, Jim Miller and others masters offer themselves to make up crews with L2Rowers/development rowers and give coaching from sculls or within larger boats. The session lasts approx 2 hours and we aim to move rowers up to the next level of skill.

Mondays 6.30 to 8.15        Club Circuits – open to and suitable for all adults. Following British Rowing high quality training for rowing guidelines.  No heavy weights.   Lead by David Wynne

Tuesday 7am                   Early morning Tuesday sculling group – open to all – not coached or supervised. Contact Robert Conway (sometimes this is a Wednesday or a Thursday!)

Tuesday 530 to 730          Juniors only.

Wednesday 9am              Informal singles session – jointly with Broadland: contact Shelagh Tubby

Wednesday 7pm to 8pm    Weights circuits in weights room.  Open to all but be careful if you are not experienced with weights. Lead by John Friend

Wednesday 7pm to 8pm    Circuits in club room – open to all. Lead by Shelagh Tubby
