Closing dates fast approaching!

Club Sunday (thanks Guy)
Yes it is the first Sunday of the month this Sunday. How did that happen?   We have the summer issue of the day falling the weekend before a major race and people being on holiday.  If you aren’t racing at Peterborough and you are around drop down at 07:30 and row something you normally wouldn’t, with someone you wouldn’t usually row with!  You never know you might like it!

sn4Tip of the Week!
When you are rigging, or re-rigging a boat, if there are nuts and washers missing………… replace them, don’t “borrow” them from another seat position or, even worse, another boat! You will find that many of the regular rowers will have a stash of these spares about their person.  If you haven’t got your own stash yet then get into the habit of picking them up when you see them on the floor.

 And its Goodbye from me……………
This is my last news. Worked out today that between us we have done it every Thursday for over 3 years since 12th July 2012 that’s 160 news! Thanks to all who have supported and contributed along the way.

Sam Bence will now be writing the news. Thanks Sam for this. Please continue to support him.

Sam will be in touch………………………….. Goodbye all ……….. see you on the river x
